Longmead Road
We completed a full reburbishment on Longmead Road converting an extremely tired and dated 3 bed semi-detached property into a modern open plan home. The property increased in value by 144% which sold within 2 days on the market with a healthy margin for all investors upon resale.

The entire property received new upvc windows and doors, a full re-wire, all new plumbing, completely replastered, brand new doors, door frames and soft furnishings. The front garden area was relanscaped to create a private driveway for 2 vehicles.

We removed an internal wall to create an open plan kitchen/dinner and increase its overal size to suit a family home. We then installed a brand new gloss white kitchen and appliances.

The current bathroom layout didn't allow for a full suite. So the size of the bathroom window was altered to allow us to change the layout and instal a full sized bath with shower, sink and toilet. Finsihed with hardwood flooring, luxury wall tiles and a chrome towel radiator fixtures and fittings.

Open space living was key so we opened up the entire downstairs. The kitchen/diner opened into a large lound area. All with laminate flooring throughout.

All bedrooms had been refreshed including new luxury thick pile carpets.

The garden was neglected and over-run. So we cleared the entire area, added a small pation, fence errected and the garden re-seeded.
