Horninglow Road

Horninglow Road was a neglected 2 bedroom semi-detached home with plenty of space.  This property showed promise to be converted into a 4 bedroom HMO so we took a look at its layout.  We tweaked the layout whilst turning the bathroom and front living room into a 3rd and 4th bedroom.  Each room benefits from its own private ensuite facilities and the property now has a spacious kitchen, communal dining/lounge area and parking to the rear.

We handled all aspects of construction and regulations so the property adhered to the correct standards.  On completion the increase in the property's value not only paid for the work but also the client saw a profit within the increase in property value.

The property is now already completely occupied with substantially greater returns than a single let.
