Calais Road

When we took over calais road the 2 bedroom end of terrace property was in need of major repair.  We completly stripped the property, converting it into a 4 bedroom HMO, each bedroom with their own private ensuite.  There is also a shared communal kitchen/Diner and a large rear pation area & garden.

We handled all aspects of design, construction and building regulations so the property adhered to the correct standards.  On completion the property's value increased by £65,000 and can now generate the landlord a rental income of up to £1800 per month.
