Westfield Road

When we first met Mike he expressed the need for more space downstairs in his property due to having a fairly cramped kitchen & lounge area. 

 

So we constructed a solid roof consevatory with lightweight tile system.  The roof is made of a lightweight plastic interlocking tile with a 100mm insulated cavity.  Perfect for reducing heating in the summer and stopping the bitter cold usually experienced in consevatorys in the winter months.

The inside consisted of a completly finished room including luxury hard work flooring, chrome led downlights and socket points.  The whole design gave the feel of a warm open plan extension instead of a cold and cramped conservatory.
